http://www.anniewoodford.com/ She studied in the Royal College of Art in London. In 2008 she won a Bronze award Taiwon International Ceramics Intentional exhibition at the World and in 2009. I chose this picture because it looks like something we would make on sumo paint. Also i really like the way the texture that the photo makes. Its interesting because the lines make it look like they are popping out. The expression that is shown happiness. I want to create this on mine because it will remind me of this day and it was the funniest day i had in a long time.
The 3 different techniques i used was layers, ripple, and the swirl effect.
It is my favorite piece because it is very colorful and i love how all the different effects work well together. I learned how to add many different layers and how you can mix them together. The artist wanted to make something that was honest and had feeling. The lady is apart of the Royal British Society. They show this piece in places like New York, London, Amsterdam, and Palm Beach Florida. Simplicity is not an end in art. 2) i did well on finding where to put my words in the drawing. 3) i wish i had got to darken my words a little more because they would make you be able to see the face a little better. 4) my favorite part of this project was the way that it turned out in the end. Robert Delaunay
